Strategy Intensive
For businesses at a turning point: rebranding, launching, repositioning, or untangling operational chaos. We’ll dig into positioning (who you serve, what makes you different), visual identity direction (color, type, mood), and a priority roadmap (what to tackle first, second, third). You’ll walk away with a working doc you can hand to any designer, developer, or team member. No vague advice; just a plan you can actually use.

VIP Design Day
A focused, half-day intensive at your location (or mine). I’ll audit your current brand, systems, or web presence before we meet, then spend three hours working with you live to untangle what’s stuck. Whiteboarding, mockups, strategic decisions made in real time.
You’ll get a documented roadmap delivered within 5 business days, plus the clarity that comes from having someone sit with you and help you see what you couldn’t see alone.
